CHS Off-Campus Permit

CHS Off-Campus Permit Application Process: CHS has been a closed campus for many years, so students must stay in the building during the school day. However, Juniors and Seniors who meet all of the criteria may apply for an off-campus lunch permit with their parents' and schools' approval. If you are a CHS Junior or Senior who meets the criteria and wants to apply for an off-campus lunch pass, please complete the application with the needed signatures and turn the completed forms in to Ms. Martinez in the front office for consideration.. If approved, you will get a sticker for an off-campus permit on your CHS student ID that you must present when asked to be able to go off-campus during lunch. If you are outside the school building and do not have an approved off-campus pass and/or do not present your CHS Student ID card with the sticker when asked, you will be considered as skipping, and progressive discipline following the CHS skipping policy will be applied. 11/12th grade students can also turn in CHS Off-Campus Permit Application during the Open House (9/3) and, if approved, get these passes that night so you can have them on the first day of school. You, so make sure to get your application in early so it can be considered for approval.
