Attention TCHS Class of 2025 & Senior Parents/Guardians
Dear TCHS Senior & Parent/Guardian of the Class of 2025,
Although it is difficult for us to believe, your child is beginning their senior year of high school. It has been an exciting adventure and we look forward to helping our seniors complete their requirements so they can go on to the next chapter in their lives successfully.
It is important that we are all aware of exactly what he/she needs to graduate in May of 2025. As you already know, 26 credits are required for graduation from Tates Creek. Counselors will meet with Senior English classes on Sept. 19th & 20th to inform seniors about their opportunities beyond high school and how to prepare for the next step. Click on the senior meeting presentation link to view what will be discussed Senior Meeting Presentation (Senior Meeting). Students may use the senior college and career services survey QR code to sign up to see their counselors individually for additional assistance. Other resources available to your child include the Counseling Department website and the TCHS Senior Class Webpage just for our seniors that contain college information and visitation dates, scholarship opportunities, and important senior dates to remember along with an abundance of other information and links to sites that will be useful to our seniors.
-To access students’ daily progress, grades, and attendance please use the parent/student portal link IC Portal (student & parent login). You will need your child’s student number which can be obtained by looking at the top of your child’s schedule.
-To view your child’s transcript in Infinite Campus, go to your IC student/parent portal link, click on documents, and click on unofficial transcript.
-To view the credits that your child has completed and still needs to complete for May 2025 graduation go to EOS.fcps.net. Log in with the student's email address and password.
-To send transcripts to colleges a Parchment.com account will need to be created. Check out the short video on how to create your Parchment account to request your transcript to be sent.

The Class of 2025 is an outstanding group of young people, and we are excited about the wonderful educational opportunities available to them at Tates Creek. Our teachers work tirelessly with the students, parents, and counselors to help your child be successful. If you have questions or concerns regarding a specific class please contact the teacher directly, via email TCHS Staff Directory 24-25 School If you have a question that concerns credits please contact the counselor.
Sincerely,
TCHS Guidance Department
