ALL BULLDOG
Sept 30-Oct 5, Marysville Jr/Sr High School
Principal's Note
Thanks to our Student Council on a successful homecoming week! Now it's back to business and that means you too, parents and guardians. Parent/teacher conferences are this week and they are a little different this year. We only have one day, this Wednesday, and the hours are much longer, 12:30-8:30 PM. We hope you find the time to make it to our junior high gym to meet with teachers and get caught up on what is going on with your student's educational lives. We will take a 20 minute supper break at 4:30 PM. Other than that time, teachers will be available and ready to discuss how everyone can find success.
Tim Woodcock, Principal
Congrats King Ashton & Queen Grace
Bulldog of the Week
Junior High - Cameron Nietfeldt spent his Saturday morning cheering on his fellow classmates at their volleyball tournament in Valley Heights. He started cheers with the families and really made the girls feel special. It was so nice to see classmates cheering each other on!
High School - Astoria Frye brought the spirit last week like no other. Her positive attitude is contagious and that villain outfit of "Vector" was the best of the week.
Homecoming Cheer
There was so much going on Friday night at the game. While the Bulldog football team rolled to a 24-0 win over the Concordia Panthers, our cheer team added to the night with a great stunt at halftime.
MCAC's Sounds of Soul Entertaining
A big thanks to the Marshall County Arts Cooperative for the performance provided to our students this last Thursday. Not only was the music and show amazing but Wayne Kruse made sure that our students learned a little history from the time frame soul music originated from. It was amazing and I hope some of you got to experience the show over the weekend.

Float Me a Ton of Spirit
The Senior Class Float was a hit at the annual Homecoming Parade last Friday. The number of entries and spirit was at an all-time high!

Dress-Up Days A Huge Hit
The Dress-Up Days during Homecoming Week were some of the most widely supported ever seen. These three "firefighters" were all smiles but I'm not so sure the baby they saved would agree with her hair being used to hold her up. Nice job, ladies!

Mary Kessinger-Wassom received her Kansas Coaches Association All Classification Tennis Coach of the Year plaque Friday night at halftime. She is surrounded by some of her past and present tennis players as well as current tennis coach Lana Pekarek
