Bodhi International School celebrated students’ talent with enthusiasm and zeal in a day-long event, Kaleidoscope-the showcase day on Thursday, December 23, 2021. Honourable District Magistrate, Mr. Indrajeet Singh IAS was the Chief Guest at the event. Chairman Mr. Naresh Bothra, Executive Director Mrs. Nitu Bothra, Director, Mr. Namit Bhandari and the respectable parents of students graced the occasion with their presence. Head Boy, Master Manan Daga and Head Girl, Miss Mehai Singh Charan compered the event.
The programme started off with lamp lighting and a dance sequence with Ganesh Vandana. Chairman, Mr. Naresh Bothra delivered the welcome speech and threw light on the school’s eventful journey and accomplishments in last one year. It was a red letter day for Bodhi as School Anthem was released to create bonds and encourage belongingness amongst students. This was followed by the Hindi street plays, staged by the students of PYP phase and senior school. The Chief Guest, Mr Indrajeet Singh addressed the gathering and inspired the students to do their best and bring honour to the school, their family and the country. Opening ceremony concluded with energetic performance of Bodhi band and group dancers.
Keeping Covid protocol in view, the event was spread at different venues of the campus. Students of PYP showcased their learning with confidence and passion in their bedecked classrooms. They articulated different themes of UOI like ‘Farm to Fork’, ‘Importance of Communication’, ' Human Body Systems', The Government System' and 'Entrepreneurship'. Application based activities were also showcased in languages (English, Hindi and French) and Mathematics. Children explained their scientific inquiries and research work through an array of presentation tools. The vibrant classrooms adorned with Christmas bells, bows and socks were feast to eyes.
Senior school French students had set up a vibrant French Café where they won hearts with their warm hospitality. Innovative, static and dynamic science models were displayed by the Science students who explained the principles and working efficiently. Showstopper of the day was the Art and Design Wall that had Indian and world map beautifully created by the children. While parents were admiring children’s skills and achievements, English department staged a comical adaptation of Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet. A short skit on Le Miserables was also presented. Mathematics and Robotics Labs were the center of attraction as they provided hands-on experience and aroused interest in the subjects. Lastly, Social Studies department had students walking on the ramp elegantly dressed as the leaders of ancient, medieval and modern ages.
The Chief Guest, Mr. Indrajeet Singh was visibly impressed by the impeccable performances and skills showcased by the students across different grades. It was a matter of immense pride for parents as well to see their wards exploiting their talent in diverse fields. Everyone applauded the efforts of students, and congratulated the management and staff for their able guidance.

Student Achievements
Vidit Kothari of Grade 9 made the school proud with his commendable achievement in the AITA Championship Series held at Kota from 20th December to 24th December 2021. He bagged the Runners-up Trophy in U-14 Boys category.
The School Management, Principal, staff, and students congratulated Vidit Kothari for his consistent hard work and wished him luck to achieve excellence in his future endeavors. Mr. Pradumn Buddhiraja, HOD Sports was also appreciated for his concerted efforts to help children hone their skills and bring out the best in tough situations.
