Safe Driving and Walking Reminder
Lindbergh High School, Lindbergh Early Childhood Education and the Idea Center would like to remind our families, students and staff to be safe, alert, and considerate of pedestrians and student drivers during arrival and dismissal times.
Our three schools share a campus serving students ages 2-18, and the parking lot can be a very busy place during morning and afternoon hours.
If you are driving, please slow down, yield to oncoming traffic, give pedestrians the right of way, and allow adequate space for buses.
If you are walking on the parking lot, please look both ways before crossing, and keep phones, devices and other distractions put away. If you are walking with a young child, please hold their hand and help them navigate the parking lot safely.
Please abide by the following parking and traffic rules as well:
Parking on the shoulder of Lindbergh Boulevard, even while you are in the car, is strictly prohibited.
Please do not park or wait for your child on Roxanna or clog up other streets near LHS.
We have plenty of space in the Commons for after school pickup. Please do all pickups in this lot only.
St. Louis County Election Judge Program Presidential elections always generate a high voter turnout, and the November 5th, 2024, General Election will be no different. As you know, a competent, and dedicated “public staff” is needed to administer an election. In addition to Election Judges, High School Student Election Judges play a vital role in helping the St. Louis County Election Board meet this challenge. Current high school students can volunteer to be part of the Election Judge Program to work at polling places around the area. Here is some more information.
Here are some student testimonials: https://youtu.be/062l3JQdY7Y https://youtu.be/f0wPRo75pNI?si=GLjihThGKbdO6rZ8 / https://youtu.be/9ZTCdp2p2RU?si=4UJu_fLTJg47L3st https://youtu.be/hlGWSq_1rYo?si=qikUMfUyw62sJaqp
The Election Board will need the Student Judges to have their paperwork in and training completed by October 25th. This deadline is important for us in reviewing pertinent new information with the students before the election and assigning them to their poll assignments in accordance with their parents’ approval.

About South Tech
At South Tech, we provide students with real-world experiences, real-world skills, and engaging, hands-on learning to prepare them for college and careers. We celebrate the pursuit of their passion and help them find the right pathway to their own success. Our partial-day schedules keep students engaged in their home high school academics and activities while they enjoy experimental learning in Tech's elective courses.
Our tuition-free, career and technical education (CTE) majors allow students to explore their career interests before graduation while earning industry certifications, college and high school credits, and skills that will last a lifetime. We work with an impressive list of business and industry partners that provide our students with mentorship, internships, apprenticeships, part-time employment, scholarships, and full-time employment offers after high school. Our students are in demand.
