Hi parents. Happy New Year! We hope everyone enjoyed the holidays with their families.
After a long break, the teachers took time this week to reacquaint students with routines and procedures. As a reminder to parents, we do go outside for recess when the temperature is 25 degrees or above. Please be sure your children come to school with coats, hats, gloves, etc. I would discourage students from wearing shorts and crocs at this time of year.
Over the next few weeks, students will take mid-year assessments to determine how they are progressing this year. Teachers will use this information to reflect on their teaching practices and focus on individualizing instruction for their students.
There was no PBIS Raffle this week. We will continue with our PBIS raffle next week.
This month's school wide PBIS reward will be Board Game Day. More information to follow.
