House Assignments Have Been Revealed!
Our long-awaited House assemblies took place on Friday, September 20th. All scholars now know which house they are in and have begun earning points for demonstrating positive behaviors. See below for the current standings after week 1. Congrats to Sollevare, the House of Uplifting, for establishing an early lead!

Our Back to School Dance was a Blast!
Our scholars and staff had tons of fun at our Back to School dance on September 19th. Look out for information on our Halloween dance coming soon!
The Clubs/Activities Fair is Underway
In addition to Open House, scholars have the opportunity to peruse and sign up for one or more of the many extracurricular activities we have to offer at Stoddert at our clubs and activities fair which began this past Friday and will continue throughout the week. Our 1st PTSO Meeting is this Thursday, Oct. 3rd
Please join us for our first PTSO meeting of the 24-25 school year on Thursday, October 3rd, at 5 PM. The primary focus will be to elect the executive board, as well as plan ahead for PTSO involvement this school year. Participation can be virtual or in-person, and Spanish-language interpreters will be available. Please complete the form link below ahead of the meeting to assist us with planning.

Save the Date- The Stoddert Block Party is on Oct. 12th
For the past 7 years, Benjamin Stoddert MS has partnered with the Charles County State's Attorney's office to host a block party that provides a number of fun activities and necessary resources for our scholars, their families, and the greater community. I'll list some below:
Immunization clinic
Car seat safety checks
Free bike helmets
CCPL mobile library
Free food, including hot dogs, hamburgers, and Chick-Fil-A
Gaming truck
3 on 3 basketball tournament
Face painting
Performances by our cheer team and modeling troupe

PTC Day is Right Around the Corner on Oct. 14th
Monday, October 14th is designated by CCPS for parent-teacher conferences. There is no school for scholars on this day.
- Our conferences will run between 8:30 AM- 12:00 PM.
- You will have the opportunity to sign up to meet with some of your child's teachers individually on a first come, first served basis.
- You can expect to receive a Sign-Up Genius link sent by each teacher by this Friday through ParentVue.
