ARE YOU DOING HIGH SCHOOL DIFFERENTLY
Based on recent events, we would like to remind our students and families why they chose to attend Impact Academy. Every student who is enrolled at the school said that they wanted to do school differently at Impact. Below are our school expectations that we encourage students to follow each and everyday:
Being Present - Showing up to school everyday and being engaged in classes.
Being Brave - Taking risks and stepping outside of their comfort zone in order to grow and learn.
Being Your Best Self - Following the school's expectations and being respectful while in the school and out in the community setting.
Speaking Up - Bringing new ideas to help improve the school setting and standing out to help promote and maintain a positive school culture.
Taking Care - Being helpful to staff and students and caring about the school community.
We also encourage our families to do school differently by staying in regular communication with school staff as well as helping us to ensure that students are staying on track and following the school's expectations. We understand that Impact may not be a good fit for every student. If you or your child have any questions/concerns regarding enrollment for next school year, please feel free to reach out to Mr. B. at tbrodnitzki@crec.org or Ms. Smith at tjohnson@crec.org.

Mental Health Support
If you are interested in your child meeting with one of our school-based therapists from Cornerstone Counseling, please contact Ms. Perez at japerez@crec.org. This is a convenient way for students to work on managing their emotions, talking out their problems and setting goals while in the school environment.
