This week 3rd grade Kindness Club members stayed after school to complete a service project. These kind kids made bookmarks to be shared at the SIS Library and the Doris Padgett Public Library.

Constitution Week, celebrated from September 17-23, commemorates the signing of the U.S. Constitution in 1787. It serves as a reminder of the principles of democracy and the rights and freedoms enshrined in the nation's founding document. Our students learned and wrote the Preamble to the U.S. Constitution, demonstrating their understanding of this important foundational text.

This school year, the elementary and intermediate school will have their own yearbook!

We are thrilled to announce the winners of our Teacher Grant Drawing! As a token of our deep appreciation for all that they do, and for the incredible support they have shown during the PTA Membership Drive, we are excited to award $125 reimbursement grants to eight lucky teachers—four from each campus. We truly value the dedication, hard work, and care that they bring to class every day, and this is one small way we can give back!
