• There are 2 parking spots in our lot reserved for families who purchased them at the Stardust Gala. Please be respectful and do not park in those reserved spots. Thank you for your consideration!
• If your child arrives after 8:05 am, they must be signed-in on the iPad in the front office. Please do not sent them in without an adult.
• REMINDER: per the handbook, students cannot be signed out during the last 30 minutes of the day.
• IMPORTANT: The Parish donation must be made by May 31st to qualify for the Parish rate.

Do you have a passion for our school and a desire to make a real difference in the lives of our students? Our Lady of Las Vegas School's Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) plays a vital role in supporting our school's mission and fostering a vibrant community. Each year, we invite dedicated individuals like you to consider serving in leadership roles as current terms come to a close.

Serving on the PTO is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with school leadership, faculty, and fellow families to enhance the educational experience for all our children. The PTO's Executive Committee, comprised of officers, committee chairs, faculty representatives, the principal, and the pastor, meets monthly (usually virtually) to share information and make important decisions about PTO events and initiatives.

We are currently seeking nominations for the following open positions:

Open Officer Positions (Two-Year Terms, except where noted):

• President-Elect (One-Year Term, followed by one year as President)
• Vice President
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• Parliamentarian

Open Committee Chair Positions:

• Fundraising
• Faith Formation
• Social Events
• Classroom Hospitality
• Arts/Technology Enhancement

We encourage all eligible members of our school community – faculty, staff, parents, grandparents, and legal guardians of currently enrolled students – to consider nominating yourself or someone you know who would be a valuable asset to our PTO.

Be sure to sign-up through MobileServe if you want to volunteer at the Snack Shack!

Should you wish to volunteer in your child's classroom or be a chaperone on a field trip please ensure that you have completed fingerprinting, background checks, and the CMG program. You may pick up a volunteer packet in the front office. Please know that this clearance process takes between four and six weeks.
