Our students did a wonderful job at the Hispanic Heritage Dance on Tuesday. It was so much fun to see all the different ages performing. Also our trip to Culti8vate was a success. We learned about butterflies and their habitats.
Announcements & Reminders
- Tardy Bell is at 7:30 am
- Please send a water bottle to school with your student.
- It is going to be hot over the next few weeks. This means we might not always be able to go outside for recess but we will have indoor recess.

What We Are Doing This Week
Math
Monday: We will count by units of 7 to multiply and divide using number bonds to decompose.
Tuesday: We will interpret the unknown in multiplication and division to model and solve problems using units of 6 and 7.
Wednesday: We will understand the function of parentheses and apply to solving problems.
Thursday: We will model the associative property as a strategy to multiply.
Science
We will model and describe rapid changes in Earth’s surface such as volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, and landslides.
