Week of December 9th
A Note from Principal Knowles
Dear Parents,
As the seasons change and the temperatures start to drop, we want to take a moment to remind you of an important aspect of your children's school attire. It’s essential to ensure that your children have jackets that do not have hoods. For safety reasons, our school policy prohibits hoods, as they can obscure visibility and create challenges during various activities.
We understand that this may require some extra effort on your part, but we truly appreciate your cooperation in keeping our students safe and comfortable. Our school strives to maintain a warm and inviting environment, even on the chilliest of days, so your children will be cozy while they learn.
Thank you for your understanding and support. Together, we can create a safe and nurturing atmosphere for all our students.
Warm regards,
Principal Knowles
Important Notes
Movie Day
Parents, we will have a special movie day on campus for our students! If you would like for them to attend, please provide them with 5 dollars so that they can purchase their tickets.

Parents, we need your child to attend after school tutorials. If they received a letter then they are at- risk of failing and need the additional assistance.

Holiday Spirit Week
Parents, please allow your students to join in on the fun as we celebrate the holidays. Please see the calendar that is attached that will tell you what they are allowed to wear each day. Please remember that jeans can not have rips or holes.
S.T.E.A.M. Week
Parents, thank you so much for allowing your child to participate in STEAM(Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) Week!! Please see some of the pictures below that showcases the fun we had!!
Map Testing
I wanted to take a moment to emphasize the importance of your child attending school next week. They will be participating in an essential district exam that plays a vital role in their academic journey. The results from this exam will not only showcase their strengths, but also identify areas in Reading and Math where they may need a little extra support.
By understanding these areas, we can work together to provide the necessary assistance before the upcoming Benchmark and STAAR Exam. Your involvement in ensuring your child is present will make a significant difference in their preparation and confidence. Thank you for your continued support in your child's education. Together, we can help them achieve their best!
