A message from Mr. Hagerty
Hello AMSA parents, guardians and students. This is Mr. Hagerty, your Principal, with a few updates for our Anoka Middle School families.
First, trimester 2 report cards will be handed to students in connections class on Monday, March 25. Please ask for this document when your student arrives home. Use the parent portal called ParentVue to finds the most up to date progress for your child. Log in from our Anoka Middle School for the Arts website.
Next, both of our campuses have staff that are available to our students in addition to their teachers. Use the Student Service Support team document on our website for a one stop shop experience to find the right person that can help support the needs for your child.
Next, at AMSA we offer many different types of educational accommodations to assist your child with their studies. This Intervention/accommodations link are some ways you can advocate for your student.
A reminder of our last 6-8 middle school dance on the evening of March 28. You must be pre-registered by March 25 and have proof of being an AMSA student to attend. Use this link to register, enroll and pay: March 28 Beach Dance Party
Lastly, all students received a new student planner and passbook today in connections. Please take some time with your child to review the planner which includes the student expectations and policies for AMSA to ensure a smooth, safe and educational final trimester of the 23-24 school year.
Thank you for all the support you show our school and our students.
Mr. Hagerty, Principal AMSA
