Welcome Fall
Happy 1st day of October! With the warm weather, it doesn't feel like fall, but the beautiful fall colors remind us that the season is here. Thanks to your overwhelming generosity and participation in our Timber Trot!! Currently we have raised $15, 775. We are still collecting donation until October 4! This accomplishment wouldn't have been possible without the support of our wonderful community— friends, family members, parents, students, and staff. I’d like to give a special thanks to all of our volunteers, especially our PTO, for making this event such a huge success. The funds raised will help enrich our students' learning experiences by supporting teacher grants and support our TA fund.
As we move into October, I want to remind everyone of the critical role that consistent school attendance plays in student success. Every day in school counts, and attendance helps ensure that students are learning, growing, and developing essential skills. October 1 is especially important as it is Count Day for Cherry Creek Schools, which helps determine the funding our school receives based on student enrollment. Please make every effort to ensure that your child is present on this day and throughout the year. Your commitment to regular attendance supports not only your child’s education but also the resources available to all students.
This November, Cherry Creek Schools will have measures 4A and 4B on the ballot, which address potential funding and infrastructure needs within the district. These measures are designed to provide additional support for our schools, staff, and facilities. We encourage all members of our community to stay informed, learn more about the details of these measures, and participate in the election process. You can find more information about measures 4A and 4B at https://cherrycreekfuture.com.
Wishing you a wonderful fall season!

Scooters- Wheels Out Starting 10/2!
We are being inundated with scooters in the hallways and it is making it very unsafe in the hallways. Due to the increase of the number and size of scooters we are going ask that they be locked up on the bike racks up front. We have to keep our hallways clear and safe. Please make sure scooters are locked up.. Thanks for your support.
Check your voter registration!
Are you registered to vote this November? Check your registration today at https://www.coloradosos.gov/voter—it only takes 1 minute!
Reminder: Ballot measures that impact your town and your school district will be at the bottom of the ballot after national, statewide, and county measures. Don’t forget to fill out your ballot completely. Measures at the bottom of the ballot have the greatest local impact.
2024 Mill and Bond
Watch this video of Chief Financial and Operating Officer Scott Smith giving a presentation on the Mill and Bond package.
We have two great opportunities to donate to the community. Please help donate by sending items in!
To support our students and families, Timberline will be hosting a Donation Drive until October 31st. We are collecting individually-packaged snacks, shelf-stable items, and toiletries to stock our school-based community pantries. Visit CherryCreekSchools.org/DonationDrive for online donation options and more information!
Would you like to celebrate your child's birthday or half birthday? Their name can be showcased on our marquee on the day of their birthday. All money will be used to support student activities like assemblies, PAWS celebration and prizes, and school fun. What an exciting way to celebrate their birthday!
Colorado Symphony
Launched in October 2014, the CTI program is committed to overcoming access barriers to the Colorado Symphony through partnerships with local organizations within the community. The CTI supports the City of Denver’s Imagine 2020 Cultural Plan, which seeks to broaden access to the cultural arts.
Through partnerships with local non-profit organizations, the Colorado Symphony offers complimentary tickets to individuals, children, and families throughout each season. We are pleased to be able to offer free ticket vouchers to live, in-person concerts.
