Upcoming Event - Read Around Lenox Literacy Night Thursday, January 11th 5:30pm-7:00pm
We are so excited to be bringing back the Read Around Lenox Literacy event for the 2nd year in a row! This event is an opportunity to bring together our community and share a special connection through story. Books teach facts, inspire imagination, and start children on a lifetime of learning about themselves, others, and the world around them. Celebrating literacy and providing opportunities for students to experience adults as readers, families will be able to travel around our building and hear a variety of stories read aloud by teachers and special guests representing many themes. Parents must accompany students at all times. We hope to see you there!
Doors open at 5:15 - Event starts promptly at 5:30pm and concludes at 7:00pm
2024-25 Inter-District Transfer Priority Window Open
The priority window for the 2024-25 in-district transfer requests is Jan 1-31, 2024. Resident HSD students who wish to either continue a current transfer or request a new in-district transfer for the 2024-25 school year are encouraged to apply during this window for the best chance of approval. Incoming kindergartners and other current HSD students who do not apply during this priority window but wish to request a transfer to another HSD school for the 2024-25 school year may also apply during the regular transfer window between April 1 and May 15, 2024.
*Incoming kindergartners must be registered at their home school prior to requesting a transfer (enrollment opens in early March). Kinder requests may be held for a decision until late August.
