As a reminder, LVMS will follow an Early Dismissal Schedule on November 8th and November 9th. More information about conferences included below.

All Washington Township Schools are CLOSED this Thursday and Friday (11/10 - 11/11) for the NJEA Teachers Convention. We hope everyone is able to enjoy the long weekend!

Included is the Parent Teacher Conference schedule. As a reminder, the conference schedule does not allow for a meeting with every parent /guardian during this time. Conferences are mainly scheduled by teacher request. Please know that if your child’s teachers do not reach out to schedule a conference at this time, it is our hope you’ll take this opportunity to celebrate your child’s year and successes so far! If needed, please reach out directly to your child's teachers to schedule a conference. All teachers are available throughout the entire year for a conference as needed and requested.

November is National American Indian Heritage Month!

The Library of Congress, National Archives and Records Administration, National Endowment for the Humanities, National Gallery of Art, National Park Service, Smithsonian Institution and United States Holocaust Memorial Museum join in paying tribute to the rich ancestry and traditions of Native Americans. What started at the turn of the century as an effort to gain a day of recognition for the significant contributions the first Americans made to the establishment and growth of the U.S., has resulted in a whole month being designated for that purpose.

Please stop by the LVMS Library to visit Mrs. Taylor-Flynn and get some great text recommendations for Native American Heritage Month.

The deadline to register for Ski Club has been extended to Thursday, November 17th! If you need more information or have any questions please reach out to Mrs. Sansevere or Mr. Inskeep directly.

Registration for Winter Sports (Boys and Girls Basketball) is now CLOSED! Paperwork can NO LONGER be accepted at this point.

LVMS Teachers: Have an idea that needs funding outside of your budget? There is still time to apply for a PTA Teacher Grant! Deadline: 11/15.

Holiday Shop, 12/12-12/15 - Save the Date

The PTA’s annual Winter Wonderland Holiday Shop is coming 12/12-12/15. Students can shop for holiday gifts during school hours that week. Volunteers will be needed, so please look for our signup genius in the coming weeks.
