BCPS Parent University has just launched a new "In the Know" podcast available on Spotify and Anchor.

The first segment, "Yes, You Can Earn College Credits While In High School," provides information on the dual enrollment programs available to BCPS high school students.

Bridge's Math At Home website offers a collection of activities, organized by mathematical content, uses familiar routines that can be used by students, families, and teachers in a variety of settings.

As one of our valued meeting room customers, we are happy to announce that after a long pandemic shutdown, our meeting rooms are reopening to the public with reservations accepted as of Tuesday, March 1, 2022. This coincides with the mask mandates in Baltimore County Government buildings ending as of Monday, February 28. Those who are not vaccinated are strongly encouraged to still wear a mask. Food and drink are allowed per our meeting room guidelines.

Celebrate Social Work Month with Baltimore County Public Library’s own social worker, Syeira Anthony, LCSW-C, as she and a panel of social workers highlight the versatility of social work roles, what led them to a career in social work and how they all work to reduce the stigma associated with the field of social work. Registration closes one hour before the start of the program.

Parent University is offered through the BCPS Office of Family and Community Engagement, which we affectionately call FACE! We provide tools and resources to BPCS families to support learning at home. In the past, before social-distancing, one of the ways we offered these resources was through in-person workshops hosted by community members and schools. We also have a large collection of online resources that are available as we navigate through this incredibly unique time in our lives. We hope you enjoy what we have to share.
