The Christmas Bureau is being extended for this week and this week only for our South Topeka community! If you did not have the opportunity to apply for the Christmas Bureau at the Echo Ridge Community Center, there are TWO additional upcoming opportunities:

Application Dates:
-Thursday, November 9th, 4:30-7:30 at Pauline Central

-Saturday, November 11th, 12:30-3:30 at Pauline South

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION:

-Photo ID for registering adult

-Proof of income for ENTIRE household (any state assistance or money received for food, rent, etc. is considered income)

-Social security cards (copies or document with SSN listed also accepted)

NOTICE TO PARENTS

Parents of students attending a Title 1 school have the right to request information on the professional qualifications of your child’s teacher and any paraprofessional working with your child. The information you may request includes:

• If the teacher has met the state qualifications and licensing criteria for the grade levels taught;
• Whether the teacher is under an emergency or other provisional license or whether the licensing criteria has been waived;
• The teacher’s degree major and any other graduate certification or degree held;
• Whether the child is provided services by a paraprofessional and if so, their qualifications.
