Thank you!

Enrichment Day was incredible and that is due to our amazing PTO, all the volunteers, the session leaders, staff, students, and families. . Our students learned so much on Friday, and had so much fun exploring new things. It is a big project to plan and have Enrichment Day, and we are so thankful for everyone that helped us pull it off.

Thank you for Staff Appreciation Week! We can't thank the PTO , volunteers, and families enough that made last week wonderful for the staff.

We are starting to plan for next year, 2024-2025 school year. If you have a student in Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th grade and you are not planning on returning to Lincoln next year, please let the office or your child's teacher know. Incoming Kindergartener for next year

Please visit https://www.gahannaschools.org/families/enrollmentfor information on how to enroll your incoming Kindergartener for next year. Please help spread the word to your neighbors and friends who have a child who will be 5 by August 1st. Lincoln's Elementary's Kindergarten Kick-Off Open House event for parents and students will be May 9th from 5:30 - 7:00 PM.

GJPS Central Office Update

The Gahanna-Jefferson Public Schools Central Office and Maintenance buildings will be moved to new locations this summer to create more parking space on the high school site.

Our Central Office will be in a portion of the second floor of the office building at 630 Morrison Road as a result of a three-year lease that the District has entered into. You can learn more about the move and what it means for the current site on our website.

May 28 Last Day for Central Office at Current Location

May 29-30 Central Office Closed for Move to New Location

May 31 Central Office Opens at New Location

Mark your calendars for May 18th from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM as Lincoln Elementary PTO invites you to a day filled with laughter, excitement, and endless fun. Join us for an unforgettable experience featuring a fantastic array of inflatables, raffles, and delectable delights from a variety of food trucks.

🌸 5th GRADE FAMILIES ONLY 🌸

PTO provided a poster board for every 5th grade student to take home. We encourage families to do a poster for their students to honor our 5th grade students. Please make sure that posters are returned to teachers by no later than May 10th so that we can plan accordingly to get them up in the hallways!

GJPS Heart and Pride Award

We are excited to announce the Heart and Pride staff recognition award! This award is being established to recognize outstanding staff members who make a profound impact on our students and Gahanna-Jefferson Public Schools.

This nomination form will remain open year-round and is open to any member of our staff, regardless of position. Please nominate a staff member you feel is deserving by September 29, 2023 to be considered for October recognition, but if you miss the deadline, please still submit nominations as this is a monthly award.
