Regional Transition Network

The Regional Transition Council is a collaboration networking opportunity for professionals serving students with disabilities in the transition process which begins at age 14. Information will focus on indicators, predictors and practices that promote post secondary outcomes as identified in the Taxonomy for Transition Programming 2.0 .

In collaboration with multiple agencies, we will identify barriers that students with disabilities face when they enter the workforce and work collaboratively to address these barriers. The council is open teachers, administrators, local businesses, agency service providers, parents, and more.

As a team, we will strive to increase everyone’s knowledge of services available to our students with disabilities to improve their postsecondary outcomes. Additional resources and Transition Tidbits can be found at SST/ESC Collaborations website under the Transition Networking tab.
