🎄GSFE Greatness- Career Day🎄
Exploring Future Career Opportunities at GSFE
Career Day at GSFE was a fantastic opportunity for our students to explore the wide variety of career paths available to them in the future. Thanks to the hard work and dedication of Mrs. Lewis, this event was a huge success!
Mrs. Lewis, our school counselor, organized a day filled with engaging presentations from professionals in different fields, allowing students to learn about the exciting possibilities that lie ahead. From nurses and barbers to linemen, farmers, and first responders, the event showcased the diverse range of careers our students can aspire to.
We want to extend a big thank you to Mrs. Lewis for her efforts in coordinating such an enriching experience for our students. Events like these spark curiosity and expand possibilities, motivating our students to begin considering their future goals and ambitions.
A special thank you to all the guest speakers who took the time to share their knowledge and experiences. Your insights will leave a lasting impact on our students as they begin to envision the many paths available to them.
🎄GSFE Family - Ornament Event🎄
Thank you to all the families who joined us for our annual Christmas ornament event at GSFE! We had a wonderful time crafting festive ornaments together, creating memories, and celebrating the holiday spirit. A special thanks to our PTO for generously donating the beautiful Trojan ornaments—your support made this event even more memorable. It was so special to have our students and their families come together for this festive tradition. We look forward to more moments with our GSFE Family in the future!

🎄GSFE Greatness - Christmas Performance🎄
This year’s Christmas performance by our talented fourth and fifth grade students was truly a highlight of the season! Under the expert direction of Mr. Lewis, the students delivered an outstanding performance that entertained the audience and filled us all with holiday cheer.
Mr. Lewis worked tirelessly with the students, dedicating countless hours before school and throughout the semester to ensure the performance was nothing short of spectacular. His commitment to the students and the performance was evident in every note, dance move, and line. We are incredibly grateful for his hard work and passion for bringing out the best in our young performers.
A heartfelt thank you to each of the students for their dedication and enthusiasm. From early morning practices to learning their roles, they gave their all to make the show truly memorable. Their teamwork, spirit, and energy made this year’s Christmas performance one for the books.
We are so proud of our students and are thankful for Mr. Lewis’ guidance in making this holiday performance a wonderful success. The joy they brought to the stage will be remembered for years to come!
🎄5th Grade Spotlight - ELA Unit Kickoff🎄
The title of fifth grade's next Module is "Project Earth." In this module, students will explore the topic of taking care of Earth's environment, specifically recycling and conservation. To kick off our next module, we invited a local farmer to come speak to the children about how he cares for the earth and its living things on his farm. During his visit, Mr. Page talked about how his farm embraces new technologies to improve life now and in the future. As a culminating activity, the students used recycled materials to create a gift for a loved one that would preserve the earth and its beauty!
Thank you, James Page, for coming to speak with our students!
