Dear Bear Creek Families,

Welcome to August!

This June and July our custodial and front office teams have been busy with the planning and preparation for the 2024-2025 school year. We are so excited to welcome our Cubs, both new and returning.

This Cub Hub has important dates that I want to share with our families. While we await the roll over of all district communication systems, word of mouth helps our new families connect to this important information. Please feel free to share this Cub Hub and the flyers included.

If you need assistance with finalizing registration, Robin Mealey and Melissa Goodwin are here to help.

Please note the following important dates:

-Kinder Round Up: August 12th 5:00 - 6:00 pm

- Meet the Teacher: August 15th 5:00 - 7:00 pm

- First day of the new school year: August 20th

- Back to School Night 3rd - 5th grade: August 29th

- Back to School Night PK - 2nd grade: September 5th
