The State of Wisconsin has changed the required vaccinations for school attendance. The summer is a great time to schedule a visit to your family doctor/pediatrician to ensure that your child is up-to-date on his/her vaccinations. Changes are listed below for your reference.

For entry to kindergarten through seventh grades students need:

• 4 doses of polio vaccine

• 3 doses of hepatitis B

• 4 doses of DTaP/DTP/DT/TD

• 2 doses of varicella (chickenpox)*

• 2 doses of MMR • 1 Tdap at seventh grade

• 1 MenACWY-containing vaccine at seventh grade

Parents will be notified via email when online registration is open for the 2024-2025 school year. We are working to upload all annual paper forms to be included in our online registration process in order to make it quick and easy for our families. We need all families to complete this process, even if there are no changes to your phone numbers, emergency contacts, etc. .

If you do not have access to Infinite Campus parent portal, please email Mrs. Davies ldavies@woodsschool.com so that your account can be set up prior to the online registration window.

If you are moving this summer and won't be returning to Woods in the fall, please notify us as soon as possible. This will ensure your child's next school has all of your child's academic records by the start of school new school year. Parents of 8th grades do not need to notify us, UNLESS your child will not be going to BADGER HS. All 8th grade records will be transferred to Badger HS unless we are notified otherwise.

The main office will be open Monday-Thursday from 8:00AM-3:00PM during the summer months. The office will be closed the week of July 1st.

We still have several yearbooks available for sale in the main office. Each yearbook is $15.
