Please see the attached flyer for important information about your student’s scheduled middle school courses next year. This will be the final opportunity to view the 2024-2025 course requests and to request any changes, if needed. If you have any questions, please email your student’s counselor, Ms. Peters at alison.peters@cfisd.net.

All 5th grade students will turn in their CFISD computers, cases, and chargers at the end of May. Students will be charged for any missing items. Cases and chargers are $30 each. Any computers with damage should have a LTE ticket put in before the turn in dates. An official date for computer turn in will be sent out soon.

Each Sunday our library computer system sends out automated emails to let parents know if their student has a late book. Please know that it is just a reminder, no fines or fees have been assigned.

Please email 1 individual and 1 group sports, teams, swim, dance, cheer, music, etc. picture from this school year to hesmemorybook@gmail.com! Please read the details below! Please ONLY send the requested photo; there will be other opportunities to send more photos! Not all pictures received will be able to make it into the book but we will put as many as we can!!

Celebrate your birthday with the Hamilton Lions. The Birthday Book Bunch is a great way to celebrate your birthday and reading! The $20 fee includes: new book donated to the library with your child's name plate inside, birthday party in the library (the 9 weeks during their birthday), student's name on the birthday wall. • Each student will receive two (2) photo ID badges at the beginning of the school year at no cost.

• One of the badges will be attached to the student’s backpack to be utilized for bus transportation services

• After September 11th the district will put in place a NO BADGE, NO RIDE.

• The second ID will remain at the campus.

• Store bought lanyards are not permitted.
