Last week we celebrated our amazing Social Worker, Ms. Monie for National School Social Workers week! Thank you Ms. Monie for all you do to support and care for ALL of our students! You're the best!

This week our Del Amigo students participated in CAASPP state testing and we are so proud of everyone for participating and doing their best! We are looking forward to starting testing with Venture students next week. Please make sure your 11th and 12th grade students bring their school issued Chromebook and wired headphones to access on Friday, March 22.

This data provides us valuable information to help us improve our programs and receive valuable resources that directly impact our students. Thank you for your ongoing support!

Friday, March 22 marks the end of grading period 6 for Del Amigo and quarter 3 for Venture! Grades will be posted to IC as soon as all are submitted by the teachers.

It's going to be a beautiful weekend. We hope everyone is able to get outside and enjoy it!

Saint Patrick's Day was made an official Christian feast day in the early 17th century and is observed by the Catholic Church, the Anglican Communion (especially the Church of Ireland),[7] the Eastern Orthodox Church, and the Lutheran Church. The day commemorates Saint Patrick and the arrival of Christianity in Ireland, and, by extension, celebrates the heritage and culture of the Irish in general. The SRVUSD SELPA Community Advisory Committee (CAC) Bright Lights Awards are designed to honor people who have made a positive impact on the lives of students in special education. We encourage you to nominate someone (in any of the nine categories) deserving of this award who goes 'above and beyond' to engage, educate, and empower students receiving special education services. The winners of each category will be honored before the School Board Meeting on Tuesday, May 14, 2024. Please submit nominations by Thursday, April 11, 2024.
