Updates & Reminders
CCP Spring Courses Begin January 8th
Students who signed up for a Spring CCP class need to check in self service to see when the class starts. Most of the classes will begin on January 8th. Students who have an in-person class on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday of this week will need to notify their WHS teacher and make arrangements to reschedule their exam. If the class is ONLINE, then students can still attend WHS classes this week. Online students need to check Blackboard this week to avoid getting dropped from the class. Please reach out to Mrs. Joyner with any questions.

NCTAP - Facility Tours
Facility Tours are an opportunity for students to visit NCTAP companies and see the working environments. It's also an excellent time to ask questions to learn more about the products and career opportunities at NCTAP companies.
Only high school juniors and seniors may try out for a summer pre apprenticeship. High school freshmen and sophomores may attend facility tours, but will need to visit again when they are high school juniors or seniors to be eligible to try out for a pre apprenticeship.
At least one Facility Tour is required in order to be considered for the orientation in the spring and to be considered for a pre apprenticeship in the summer. We encourage you to visit multiple companies.
Please select the companies and time slots you wish to visit, keeping in mind the travel distance between companies on each Facility Tour date.
YOU MAY ONLY VISIT EACH COMPANY FOR ONE TOUR DURING THE FACILITY TOURS. Do not select the same company more than once.
A parent or guardian must accompany any student under the age of 18.
In case of bad weather on a Facility Tour date, please check our website at www.nctap.org for back-up dates.
