Spring Into Good Health!
As we welcome March, let’s focus on staying healthy and prepared for seasonal changes. Here are a few reminders and tips from the Nurse’s Office to keep our students feeling their best!
Health Reminder & Updates:
Allergy Season Alert: Spring allergies are full bloom! If your child has seasonal allergies, please ensure they have the necessary medications and notify the nurse of any updates to their health records.
Hydration Matters: With warmer days ahead, remind your child to drink plenty of water throughout the day to stay hydrated and energized.
Cold & Flu Prevention: While flu season is winding down, germs are still around! Encourage handwashing, covering coughs/sneezes, and keeping sick children home until they are symptom-free for 24 hours.
Physical & Immunization Requirements: If your child is due for a school-required physical or immunization update, please submit the necessary forms to the Nurse’s Office as soon as possible.
