September 5, 2024
Dear Erickson Families,
Thank you to the PTO for hosting our Back to School Bash. It was wonderful to gather as a school community and connect with each other!
We are looking forward to seeing everyone at Curriculum Night on Thursday, September 12th. After Curriculum Night, there will be a Referendum Town Hall Meeting in the Erickson Gym at 7:40 for all families to learn about the upcoming Referendum on the November 5th ballot.
Along with the Bloomingdale Community, Erickson Elementary School will be participating in Go Orange for Hunger Action during the month of September. We will be collecting food (see specific list on flyer) for the Northern Illinois Food Bank during the week of September 9-27. National Go Orange Day for Hunger Action will be Tuesday, September 10, 2024 at Erickson Elementary students can wear ORANGE on this day.
The PTO puts together a PTO Student Directory with the student name, parent name, home address, email address, & phone number. The office will provide this information to the PTO unless we hear otherwise. If you would not like your child's information published, please email Mrs. Johnston: sjohnston@sd13.org by tomorrow, September 6th.
If you need to report an absence, please call the school 630-529-2223 or email the teacher and the attendance line: erattendance@sd13.org
Have a wonderful day!
