MESSAGE FROM THE PRINCIPAL
Hello, Patriot Families!
I hope this message finds you well. The school year is moving so quickly. It is hard to believe that we are beginning the last week of Term 1 already tomorrow. The enthusiasm and positive energy throughout our campus is truly inspiring. Our students are thriving, and it is thanks to the partnership we share with each of you that we continue to create an environment where they can succeed.
Please take a moment to review the upcoming events and announcements in this newsletter. There are many exciting activities happening across our campus, and we look forward to your continued support in making them a success.
Warm regards,
Beth Craighead

5th GRADE ADVENTURE CAMP OCTOBER 7-9
5TH GRADE CAMP DRAPER OCTOBER 7-9
All 5th graders remaining on campus will have a camp-like experience for these three days (Monday-Wednesday). Students have been divided into camp groups and will travel together for these three days. Students will rotate over the three days to different classrooms where our teachers have designed science inspired activities. PE will be a daily rotation combined with art, choir, or band each day.
Because of this camp experience, all students will eat either F, G, or H lunches each day. It varies depending on the camp-room they are in during third block and could change each day. Please be aware of this change if you bring lunch to your child. Here are the times for each lunch:
- F lunch 11:52-12:27
- G lunch 12:05-12:40
- H lunch 12:15-12:50
We are looking forward to this fun time at Camp Draper!!

Campus Tutorial Schedule
On Thursday afternoons, Study Squad is available from 3:30-5:00 in the cafeteria. Students can come to ask questions and get support of our professional staff on any learning for all content areas. It is also a time for students to complete missing or late work with the support of our teachers.
In an effort to have tutorial support for students each morning and afternoon, each team has a representative available from 7:45-8:15 and 3:30-4:15. The chart below shares who is available and when. Students can go to ANY session for support; they do not have to attend with their teacher.
