Hello Falcon Zone,

We are excited to let you know that Falcon Zone Community Closet and Pantry has been selected as a December 2024 and January 2025 beneficiary of the King Soopers Fight Hunger bag program. Designed in alignment with the King Soopers Zero Hunger | Zero Waste initiative, the Fight Hunger bag program makes it easy for shoppers to impact local hunger relief efforts by simply purchasing a reusable bag.
Throughout December 2024 and January 2025, we will receive a $1 donation for every $2.50 reusable Fight Hunger bag sold at our Falcon King Soopers!

The Falcon Zone is holding its rescheduled Quarter 2 Zone Wide SAC meeting at Bennett Ranch Elementary School tomorrow, Tuesday, December 3rd. Dinner starts at 5 and the meeting will begin at 5:30. Please RSVP below so we know how many to expect and plan for. Hope you see you there!

The FZ Community Closet & Pantry will be open next Thursday, 12/12 for 3:45- 4:45.

Welcome Back! I hope everyone had an outstanding Thanksgiving Break! It is hard to believe that in three short weeks, we will depart for Christmas Break and the first semester will be finished.

Just before break, Falcon Zone received some incredible news. Many of our staff were nominated for national awards at the 2025 Modern Learning Conference. From these nominations, the Modern Teacher organization selected finalists for each of the award categories. This year, we have 13 National Finalists for Awards, a new record! And, it is the first time that we have all 6 schools and the Zone Office with finalists together!

We are so proud of the hard work and effort of all of our staff throughout the zone. Collectively, there is an incredible amount of Wisdom, Integrity, Networking skills, Grit, and Self-Confidence put forward each and every day for our students. The finalists listed below are outstanding representatives of our staff that have challenged themselves to go above and beyond for our students. They create personalized learning environments and school settings where students are empowered to thrive and earn their WINGS.

In the Falcon Zone we pride ourselves on having the most incredible staff! Every staff member that is recognized will receive a note of recognition and a shoutout in our community newsletter. Staff members include not only teachers but secretaries, administrators, custodial & kitchen staff, paras, etc.

Mrs. Murray (BRES) - Ms. Murray is an incredible teacher. I believe the first year of school for a child is going to impact their thoughts on education. My son enjoys going to school and he feels loved. She has set him up for academic success and made him fall in love with learning. We are so grateful!
