February 7, 2020
Mrs. Marvin's Corner
Our First Snow Day Of The Year! And it is February! What did you do on your Snow Day? I was at Buehler's for the Soup Sale.
Parent teacher conferences are this Thursday from 3:30PM-6:30PM. Please contact your child's teacher to schedule a conference.
Don't forget to purchase your tickets to Night In New York our main fundraiser of the year. All proceeds will be added to our Activity Upgrades Fund. Help us revamp our floor, lights, and paint. It is a great Parish Event and a worthy cause since we all use the Activity Center for many Parish events.
It is that time of year again for us to start planning for the 2020-2021 School Year. On Monday, families received their "Tuition Worksheet for 2020-2021 School Year" in an email from Mrs. Weyer(EdChoice and Financial Aid Coordinator). Please complete the form and turn it into the office so we can begin processing your financial needs for the next year. Many of the scholarships and Tuition Assistance Options have deadlines. All families will need to complete a form for our records. Mrs. Weyer has sent out paperwork for EdChoice Scholarships, FACTS and Guardian Angel Scholarships. Please return the information as soon as possible so we can process your paperwork. Thank you for your assistance with planning for next year.
We are an EdChoice School so if you know of any family who would like to send their child to St. Mary School have them reach out to our office.
If you have any questions, please reach out to the office and we will be happy to answer them. There are many questions related to EdChoice at this time. As we work through the new updates we will keep you informed about deadlines and eligibility. This year we are asking parents to turn in your paperwork now so we can upload the documents to the state. Thank you to all parents who have returned your information as of today.

St. Mary School Information
Since 1865, people have known St. Mary School students by their actions. This is because throughout our history, we have focused on building student’s character, based on the values instilled by the Catholic Faith, and a foundation of academic excellence.
St. Mary School provides a welcoming environment where families have the freedom to celebrate the faith. In a world of need, responsibility matters and strength is needed to serve our communities. It is our mission to develop students who have the ability to be mentors and leaders in the world. We recognize that each student is a unique gift from God and we individualize instruction to help them reach their full potential. We strive to promote an atmosphere that encourages a love of learning and provides children with a foundation of faith to balance and guide them for the rest of their lives.
