The Ohio Department of Education (ODE) would like to invite parents of a child with an IEP and receiving special education services to participate in a short, 25 question survey about your involvement in your student’s education. Research suggests that parental involvement is a key predictor of positive educational outcomes. The purpose of collecting this information is to improve services for students with disabilities across Ohio. Thank you in advance for taking the time to complete the survey below.

Future Planning 101 Session Recap
At our February parent session, Future Planning 101: For Individuals with Disabilities, participants learned about the resources offered in our community. Counselors from FCBDD and OOD explained the services offered and how to apply for support. Jill Zingery, our district job consultant, shared transition options for students with disabilities in high school. If you were unable to make it, resources from this informative session are below.
