Students must turn in Free Dress passes upon entering campus. We will be collecting them at the gate each morning.

Thank you for your patience with our parking lot as we navigate through new personnel at the neighborhood guard gate. If there are mornings that the flow of traffic is backed up as a result of the gate, we will adjust tardies accordingly.

If you have students in grades 3-8 who are interested in receiving their sacraments, please contact Liz Williams in the Religious Education office. Classes start September 15th, so please contact Liz as soon as possible to get started!

Snack Shack will open Monday, August 26th. Students may not use cash, so please add $ to your child's account through FACTS.

PTO will be selling OLLV retro t-shirts and LAST YEAR'S Harvest Festival shirts after school next week, Monday- Thursday in the courtyard. All sales will be billed through FACTS.

In order to better serve our students, we consistently are keeping our mission statement in mind. We have worked with our faculty, staff and advisory board and now would like parents to give us their feedback. To do so, please fill out the Google form below. RE: CONCERT BAND

Dearest Parents,

Welcome back to another great year! We are so blessed to have wonderful parents and students in band who create a beautiful culture of music in our school. We also want to welcome the new families who joined us this year.

Again, our School Concert Band program is movin' and groovin'' in full swing. No experience necessary. If your child is in grade 3 or above sign-up for the band program as the elective for music, please enter this link: Band Registration Form. Our band class will start on August 26, 2024.

The Band performs for various events in and out of school: The Harvest Festival, Graduation, the Spring Concert (Multi-Cultural), and this year we have our very own Christmas Concert with the Choir. Click Here to check out our participation in the Diocese Mega Band at Bishop Gorman High School

The students need two things for the first day of band class: instruments and the required band book. If you are not sure of what instrument you picked, please email me.

Calling all altar servers!

We are having a mandatory altar serving refresher training for all current altar servers.

Session 1: Grades 3-5

MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 9 at 3pm (In the Church)

Session 2: Grades 6-8

MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 16 at 3pm (In the Church)

You must attend if you are planning to altar serve this school year.

There will be a NEW altar server training on Monday, September 23 at 3pm for any students in grades 3-8 who are interested in serving this school year.

Should you wish to volunteer in your child's classroom or be a chaperone on a field trip please ensure that you have completed fingerprinting, background checks, and the CMG program. You may pick up a volunteer packet in the front office. Please know that this clearance process takes between four and six weeks.
