We are doing big things at WHS! It's that crazy busy time of the year when if you're looking to watch a Savage compete, we have something for you just about every day! Make sure that you are checking out the Events section below so that you know what's happening! We are also having multiple students be successful in their endeavors! Baseball is off to a great start to their season, powerlifters are wrapping up, slow pitch is ramping up and our Showteams are at their "big dance" of the year starting this week. There is bound to be something for everyone!

Congratulations to Skyler Tinnin and Brooke Gee on both placing 6th in the JH State Powerlifting Meet!

This week, both the JH boys and the HS boys will compete at State! JH competitors competing on Wednesday will be Braylon Pierce, Maddex Travis and CJ Readnour. Junior Hernandez will competing in the high school division on Saturday! Best of luck, guys! We know that you will do a great job representing Wynnewood!

Congratulations to Jacie Russell on receiving a $500 scholarship last week at the Garvin County Junior Livestock Show!

Our big kids are always willing to go the elementary school to have some fun with the little Savages! In the past few days we've had students volunteer to dress up and read a book for Read Across America and then the Wynnewood FFA hosted an Ag Day! I know that all the kids had a great time! Thank you WHS students and staff for investing in our younger students!

National Honor Society would like to thank everyone who gave blood or attempted to give blood at Wednesday's drive. We had 39 attempt to give blood and 30 actual draws leading to a potential of 90 lives saved!

We are co-hosting a baseball tournament this year with Wayne! We will have games each day at our complex, including the championship game on Saturday evening! Good luck, Savages!!

Yearbooks can be ordered online or pick up an order form in the office. Prices will increase next month so order soon if you want one. You may also see Mrs. Luck in room 8 between classes.
