We house latchkey at four locations in our district. Hahn, Gates, Hill, and Cardinal's Nest. The Cardinal's Nest houses latchkey for preschoolers, GSRP students, Thomson, Siple and Central students.That's a lot of kids! We are currently in need of staff that can work or sub during the a.m.latchkey session that runs from 6:00-8:30 and/or the p.m. session from 3:15 to 6:00. Staff must be at least 18 years old. Please help spread the word if you know of anyone that may be interested. Applicants can go on the Davison Schools webpage to apply through the GECS application site. This is a great option for local college students! Please see the links below. One is for a caregiver (latchkey staff) and one is for a sub-caregiver (sub latchkey staff).

Monday, February 25th- Welcome back from intersession. Susan at Cardinal's Nest all day.

Tuesday, February 26th- 9:30 SKIP playgroup. 2:00 Meeting with Tara Stimpson to finalize PD.

Wednesday, February 27th- Early Release Day. No p.m. preschool for GSRP or Cardinal's Nest. Full Day preschool releases at a.m. dismissal time. Preschool staff PD 1:00-3:00 @ Central GSRP room 4 (blue room). GSRP staff meeting following PD. 3:00-4:00. Staff potluck potato bar at GSRP immediately following student dismissal. Cardinal's Nest preschool staff is welcome to join the potluck before the PD begins.

Thursday, February 28th-

Friday, March 1st- TS Gold Check point 2.0 deadline for entry. www.geneseepreschool.org opens for 2019-2020 enrollment.

Staff helping with GSRP enrollment this year need to attend one of the two enrollment training sessions at the Center for Countywide Programs on 5075 Pilgrim Rd., Flint, MI 48507. The training will be held in the Genesee Room. We will discuss this training further this Wednesday afternoon at our GSRP staff meeting. The training dates are:
