The district is moving to ParentSquare for all communication to families and students. ParentSquare is a unified communication platform that offers a whole host of tools that allows more effectively communicate and engage with families and students.

Communication to Parents
Parents should have received an activation email for their ParentSquare account. Those who do not register will still receive text, email, and phone notifications. Parents who do create an account can interact by viewing photos, downloading attachments, leaving comments, messaging teachers, signing permission slips and managing their communication settings and preferences.

All communication to families moving forward will be via ParentSquare. Please reach out if you have any questions.

It was a fun and spirited week celebrating East Troy! Each day the students participated in activities to bring school spirit to the week including Powder Puff, Buff Puff, a 6-12 grade combined Pep Rally on Friday and the Homecoming Parade which the ENTIRE DISTRICT attended! It was a busy week filled with excitement and celebrations that ended with well attended dance on Saturday night.

HOSA and FBLA hosted the Powder Puff and Buff Puff competitions for Homecoming week! The activities provide student engagement opportunities throughout the week.

The band performed at the 6-12 Pep Assembly during the day, marched in the parade, and played and marched at the football game. It was a long and exciting day for the band! Thank you all for your amazing performances! In addition, the choir sang the National Anthem beautifully at the football game. Thank you to Mr. Bertino, our Band Director, and Mr. Treder, our Choir Director, for leading the students.

On Friday night at the game, the inaugural Athletic Hall of Fame Class was inducted and they were honored at the game and at their banquet on Saturday night. More information regarding the inductees will come next week! Congratulations to all Athletic Hall of Fame members and their families!

Senior Pictures

Attention Class of 2025: Your senior portrait is an important part of commemorating your education at ETHS. The following information will help you plan for your senior portraits and ensure that the photos in your yearbook are ones that you will treasure for a lifetime.

SENIOR PHOTOGRAPH GUIDELINES:

• Picture size should be 2.25” wide by 3” high (Vertical format)

• Picture resolution should be 300 DPI

• Allowed file format types include JPEG, JPG, PSD (Photoshop), or TIFF

• All backgrounds must be non-distracting

• No props

• No selfies

• Head and shoulder pictures are preferred but not required

• Students must follow the school dress code

NOTE: If you are using a professional photographer, we do not encourage taking prints from your photographer and scanning them. The quality is usually poor. Please have your photographer submit the image. The ETHS Yearbook reserves the right to refuse a photo not meeting specifications
