Electronic Distractions
I want to address a concern that has arisen within our school. As we continue to prioritize the safety and well-being of our students, it is important to discuss personal electronic devices. Please be assured that we are committed to maintaining a safe and focused learning environment.
While I recognize that devices such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops play a crucial role in communication and learning, I request that students refrain from bringing electronic devices to school. They have begun to distract our learning environment.
Please know that Park Street and Marietta City Schools are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal electronic devices brought onto school premises. I encourage parents and guardians to discuss the potential risks of bringing such items to school with their children.
We recommend that students leave their expensive electronic devices at home to safeguard personal belongings. If a device is essential for educational purposes, we suggest exploring more secure options or contacting me to discuss possible alternatives.
I appreciate your understanding and cooperation on this matter. Your support is crucial in our shared mission to maintain a safe and focused learning environment where all our Panthers can LEARN * GROW * THRIVE!
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Your Proud Panther Principal,
Mr. Soto

Updated flyers coming home this week.
Families,
Due to the popularity and love of Grandparent' Day, we've adjusted our lunch times to accommodate larger crowds for Kindergarten and 1st grade. If you have already responded - there is nothing to do. Just be aware of the updated times.
Familias,
