We kick off the 2024-25 School year with over 290 K-8 students, and over 35 students in our preschool program. We also welcome 6 new staff members to our team!

Whether you pursued a 4-year degree, attended a 2-year program, went to a trade school, joined the military, or dove straight into the workforce - we are excited to hear about your journey.

Summer of 2025 will bring us to the 20th Anniversary of the ground breaking of the Education Center in its current location. In in effort to ensure that we can continue to provide a strong Catholic education for generations to come, our parish has recently launched the “Make All Things New” campaign. This campaign is focused on the elimination of the debt on the Faith and Education Center, our school building. Only $870,000 remain on the original loan of $10 million. Elimination of this debt would allow our parish, and our school as a mission of the parish, to avoid the need to re-finance the loan, to save $120,000 in annual payments, and to use current monies to support the mission. The elimination of the debt would also allow us to look at new ways to support the growing enrollment at our school. You can help us reach our goal. Please prayerfully consider donating to our campaign. Our goal would be to have the loan paid off next spring.

Congratulations to the STFX Fishers of Men Softball team on their 3rd place league finish! This group of young men under the leadership of Ben Desmarais and Ryan Bourgoine have played in the Friday night church softball league throughout their high school career. A special thank you to the Knights of Columbus Council #6608 for their sponsorship over the past 4 years.

As we prepare to kick off the school year we have many open opportunities for you to give back to St. Francis Xavier School. Would you be able to give 1-2 hours a week helping your favorite school cook? Or what about a morning shift, greeting people at the front desk? Would you enjoy exploring our faith with the elementary school kids in Catechesis of the Good Shepherd? or how about sharing your love of reading in our school library?
