November is Coming Our Way!

We had a great October, and are looking forward to amazing learning as a building in November! Here are a few highlights coming up this month -

Nov. 6 - HS Girls' Basketball Starts
Nov. 10 - Veterans' Day Program - 10 am
Nov. 10 - Jesters' Club performances of "The Little Mermaid" 6pm Dinner/730show - Tickets still available - Call the MS/HS OFFICE
Nov. 12 - Jesters' Club performances of "The Little Mermaid" - 2PM
Nov. 13 - HS Boys' Basketball/Wrestling Starts
Nov. 17 - PD Day
Nov. 22-24 - Thanksgiving Break
Nov. 29 - NHS Blood Drive
Nov. 30 - Make It Count/Popcorn Day

Donovan Tolbert - Guest Speaker

Donovan Tolbert is a former Divison 1 Triple Jump Champion who has come to our school previously to speak to both our students and staff. Previously, Donovan has talked to our students about Goal-Setting. On November 2, Donovan will motivate our students around the ideas of persistence and resiliency. This fits perfectly in our Graduate Profile around Life Skills. For more information, checkout his website.

Skyward Student Management

Skyward Student Management allows parents to review Attendance, Grades, Student Information, Schedules, and Lunch Account transactions.

To access Skyward, parents need to get their username and password for the MS/HS office. Please contact Mrs. Brown (lbrown@necedahschools.org) at 608-565/2256 x100 or Mrs. Smelcer (lsmelcer@necedahschools.org) at x101 to get your username and password.

Skyward is linked on the School Website, and also HERE. Additionally, you can get access skyward by downloading the Skyward App on either iPhone or Android.

Over the next few weeks, we will be sending out How-To videos regarding Skyward to show shortcuts and answer questions regarding how to use Skyward without getting frustrated:)
