A Note From Our Principal
Hello Baker Families,
Thank you to those who joined us at our annual Literacy Night last Wednesday. It was so special to see so many of our families all in one place! We certainly have had quite a few fun events within the past few weeks, but it seems as if the next few will be much more calm.
One thing you can ask your student to make a connection to school is, “What are ”Green Tickets” or “Little Cat Leader Tickets” at your school and what do you need to do to earn them? Students receive these tickets when they are showing leadership traits at any part of the school day - whether it’s at recess, specials, in the cafeteria, or in the classroom. We draw a winner from each classroom weekly to earn a prize and hear their name announced on Mondays. Empower your child to act as a leader every day!
We will see you on Monday, Little Cats!
Sincerely,
Amanda Nast

Office Request
We are in need of gently used tennis shoes from size 11 through size 2 to replace some of our back up gym shoes. If you are going through your child's things and find shoes in this size that you don't need - think of Baker! Something else that comes in very handy are socks, in those same sizes. Thank you!!
