Monday, February 24th - FFA Week Activity/Dress Day: Western Wear & Drive Your Tractor
ZAP Continues: All assignments marked as !MISSING in the Powerschool gradebook will be referred to the ZAP Program. A Missing Assignment Report will pulled prior to 10:00 a.m. each Monday morning. Notifications will be delivered to students & an email/phone call sent to students/guardian. To get signed out of ZAP, students will need to complete the assignment with full effort, fill out a green get out of ZAP form located at the office window and have the teacher sign the form between passing periods/before-after school/during the class you are zap'd for and then return it to the office.***New ZAP Policy starting February 24th - Any missing assignment referred to ZAP will be a ZERO at the end of the 2nd week on the ZAP list. Assignments will not pull on the ZAP list for 3 Monday's in a row. Please discuss this policy change with your student and remind them on week 2 that it is due on Thursday or will be a ZERO.***
JH Eligibility Begins: Parents/guardians of any JH student who currently has a failing (F) grade, behavior, or multiple missing assignments, and in athletics will be notified of in-eligibility via school reach text message and email.
Lunch: Students will sign up for RISE Reward Rotation Groups - Options: Hair/Nails, Golf/Games, Dominos, Movies, Food Tasting, Suncatchers, Clay Jewelry Dish, Advanced Bio, Wresting (JH & HS Wrestlers), Tsuro & Chess, FFA Activities, & Scholar's Bowl. Students will sign up for 2 activities unless you choose Movie which will take both sessions. See bell schedule for Tuesday below.
