Week Ahead

This week our instructional coaches played "Grandma Rosie", a fictional character that gets students to deduce the location of this wise woman based on questions they ask her about weather and climate. Our 3rd graders had a blast with these special ladies. Thanks to Christine Skirvan, Sue Maciel, Shannon Bechard, and Lynne Phinney for making learning fun and engaging.

Join Health teacher Rachael Speakman for a parental preview of the lessons, standards, and content of our 5th and 6th grade puberty lessons. This evening event is for parents and will feature the video from the puberty unit as well as an opportunity for questions. Please join us in the Multipurpose Room on January 13th from 6-7pm.

You might have noticed the flashcards around the school. Yes, it is time to start planning for the 2nd Annual Math Fact Super Bowl! Who will be our newest champions? The date will be February 7th during WINN. You know the best way to get to the Super Bowl.....practice, practice, practice.

While in the upper parking lot for either morning drop off or afternoon pick up, please do not go into the section for the van transportation. School vans are the equivalent of a bus and should not be passed when they are stopped. Please be sure to not drive through their loading zone.
