The next cookbook that we will be cooking out of is "The Milk Street Cookbook" by Christopher Kimball. He brings his down to earth, beautiful and simple dishes from all over the world to life in this colorful cookbook. Doesn't Campenelle Pasta with Sweet Corn, Tomatoes and Basil sound awesome? What about Spanish Spick-Crusted Pork Tenderloin Bites? Baked Salted Salmon and Dill? So many delicious choices!
