Fri. & Sat., April 25th & 26th, 2025 at 7 pm, SMS Gym

The Music Man Jr. follows fast-talking traveling salesman, Harold Hill, as he cons the people of River City, Iowa, into buying instruments and uniforms for a children’s band that he vows to organize – this, despite the fact that he doesn’t know a trombone from a treble clef. His plans to skip town with the cash are foiled when he falls for Marian, the librarian, who transforms him into a respectable citizen by curtain’s fall.

Tickets are $10 per person. An additional online convenience fee of 5% will be added at checkout. Seating will be assigned and seat assignments will be given as we get closer to the event. This is a ticketless event, please check in at the door to receive your seat number. Tickets available through Weds., 4/23/25 at 9 am or until sold out.

Parents of Catholic school students must request transportation services directly from the public school district in which they live. The deadline for submitting written requests for transportation is April 1, 2025 for the 2025-2026 school year for ALL DISTRICTS. Girl Scout Cookies will be available from the SMS Brownie & Daisy Troops on 3/22 & 3/23 after weekend Masses at St. Teresa’s in Akron, and on 3/29 & 3/30 after weekend Masses at St. Mary’s in Swormville. Cookies are $6/box, proceeds support the SMS Brownie & Daisy Troops. Can’t eat cookies but still want to support the Girl Scouts? Purchase a box to donate to those in need via the Clarence Food Pantry!

Remind your students (and yourself) to contribute your spare change to the Catholic Relief Services Rice Bowl that was sent home at the beginning of Lent. Small sacrifices can go a long way towards improving the lives of others in our community and our world this Lent!

Spring is here and we know your schedules are getting busier by the minute! Maybe you didn’t have time to get those uniforms in the laundry, perhaps your Flynn O’Hara order with uniform shorts and short sleeves hasn’t arrived, maybe it’s your child’s birthday, or maybe (hopefully) it’s a really warm weather day! Whatever the reason is, with HSA's new Spring Flex Dress Down Pass, you receive *FIVE* flexible dress down days of your choosing in April, May, and June.

Friday, March 28⋅6:30 – 8:30pm, SMS Gymnasium

5th Grade will begin with their presentation of "The Living Stations of the Cross”, followed by the 7th graders' "Play" part of the night with simple games and activities that cost .50 cents-$1.00 each. Ice cream will be available for $1-3. The night will also include the "Pie in the Face" activity and annual Cake Walk! You won’t want to miss this tradition for the school children and a beautiful time to reflect on our faith.
