For just $65 per annual subscription, the Lake Travis High School Band will display a beautiful American flag in your yard on five national holidays:

• Presidents' Day (February)

• Memorial Day (May)

• Independence Day (July)

• Labor Day (September)

• Veterans Day (November)

A flag sleeve (PVC pipe) will be placed in your yard to proudly display and stabilize the flag. We work with a third-party vendor who helps us install and maintain the flag sleeves and the flags.

*Note: If hazardous conditions exist, the flags will not be displayed.

Your subscription directly supports the talented musicians of the Lake Travis High School Band. Proceeds help fund:

• Instruments and equipment

• Travel expenses for competitions

• Uniforms

• Music education programs

1. Sign up: Subscribe for $65 per year.

2. We deliver and install: Our team will place a flag in your yard before each holiday.

3. Enjoy the view: Celebrate while supporting your local high school band!

4. We remove the flag: After the holiday, we will collect the flag.

The last day to subscribe and receive a Presidents' Day flag is February 3rd. Any subscriptions received after that date will start flag service for Memorial Day (May).

Renewal emails have been sent out to the email address we have on file. Check your email inbox and/or search for an email with the subject line "Flag renewal for LAKE TRAVIS HIGH SCHOOL BAND".

This email contains a UNIQUE renewal link that will guide you to update your information and payment. If you cannot find the renewal link, please email our team at LTHS.Band.Flags@laketravisband.com to get your unique link.

Please send your renewal as early as possible to avoid interruption of your flag service. You should receive a confirmation email shortly after you submit your subscription and payment information. If you do not renew by February 3rd, you will not be eligible for the Presidents' Day delivery.

The price for a subscription is $65 for the year, regardless of when you sign-up. Unfortunately, we are unable to prorate subscriptions. Therefore, if you sign up after Presidents' Day or any other holiday, you will still be charged the full amount. Thank you for your understanding.

We have increased our flag subscription service this year from $61 to $65. This decision was made carefully, and we'd like to share the reasons behind it:

1. Rising Costs: Over the past few years, the costs associated with supporting our students, such meals, transportation costs, uniforms maintenance, etc. have increased significantly.

2. Diminished Funding Sources: In the coming two years, our biggest funding source, Concessions at the LTHS Home football games will be significantly reduced due to the 2 year renovations that the district has planned.

We’re committed to ensuring that this change is as minimal as possible while allowing us to keep providing great value to our community and support to our students. Thank you once again for your understanding and your loyal support of our school.
