During the upcoming Family Game Night we are hosting a bake sale!

If you are willing to provide baked goods - store bought or homemade - please signup below or email us!

If you are unable to attend but still want to help please comment that you need an alternate baked goods drop off time and we can make those arrangements!

We are also still looking for volunteers to help with the bake sale table by collecting money and keeping the table stocked with the goodies!

Each year GEMS offers Thanksgiving food baskets to ensure every family in our community can celebrate the season. Information was sent home with your student regarding this. If you have further questions please contact Dr. Dean (adean.1@gemsschool.org) or Ms. Orians (orians.1@gemsschool.org).

We will have a donation collection box available at family game night. If you can bring an item to donate we'd appreciate it.

Items needed include: Cans of corn, green beans, cranberry sauce, sweet potatoes, cake or brownie mix, roasting pans, bags of apples, corn bread boxes, or gift cards.

Donations can be submitted until November 22nd at the school office.

If your family would like to sign up to receive a basket please click the link below. The request form is open through November 20 or until all baskets are claimed.

If you are able to volunteer to help prepare the thanksgiving baskets on Monday, November 25th please click on the link below to sign up and you will be contacted with further information.

In case you missed the announcement, there has been a change to the GEMS school calendar. There is now no school on Monday & Tuesday November 25th & 26th for Student Led Conferences. The professional development days previously scheduled for December 4th & 5th have been cancelled and there is now school on those days.

We would love to hear your thoughts on past events and any ideas you might have for future events. Click the link below to be taken to our interest survey. Your responses help us plan future events for the GEMS community.

Every event will have a "Volunteer or Register for event updates" banner below the event details. This is a link to the event signup genius.

We are offering an RSVP function. There is no need to RSVP for these events. However, your RSVP will send you an automated event reminder several days prior to the event.

Some events we need extra help to make successful! If you are willing to volunteer to help during or before the event please use the same link. We'd appreciate all volunteers to sign up prior to the event so we can give you any updates and provide the co-coordinators time to recruit other help if needed so we can enjoy these events with our families too.

Join us for an evening of board games and family fun! We will have some board and card games. If you can bring a game to share.

Bake sale proceeds to benefit the teacher & staff appreciation activities sponsored by Family Crew.

Please note that the Bake Sale is CASH only! At this time we cannot accept electronic payments for the goodies.

We have been asked to volunteer during the Mingle Jingle Dance for GEMS families. We need adults who are willing to help with the cookie and beverage tables to keep cookies restocked and making sure beverages are safely distributed to the students and their families.

The dance is open to all GEMS families. If you are willing to give 20 minutes of your time to help out we'd appreciate it.
