Two days ecoprint on silk, two days ecoprint on leather.
You can do both workshops of course and there is also the possibility to do each workshop separately.
Bahar is the first one who has deepen the knowledge of ecoprint on silk, leather and also ceramics. After discovering that in the textile-industry is common to use chemical dyes, she decided to try an eco-friendly technique for textile fabrics and also on ceramic. She searched about eco-printing and botanical dyes. Her prints on silk and leather are legendary and fabulous!! Now you have the opportunity to learn by yourself this amazing technique!!

PROGRAM
You will learn how to create coloured textured backgrounds on silk and leather with natural dyes. Bahar uses flowers and leaves. During the day, Bahar gives theory and shows preparation how to combine the natural dyes and the use of the natural materials. You will spend time in laying out on silk or leather and make designs an patterns .
