Week's Schedule (May 28 - 31)
Tuesday - Friday
- May Camp 7am - 3:30pm
IMPORTANT MAY CAMP INFO
WHERE: Cross Timbers Middle School
WHEN (both blocks are required):
- Block 1: 7am - 10:30am - ARRIVE AT CTMS TURF FIELD
- Lunch: 10:30am - 12pm
- Block 2: 12pm - 3:30pm
What to BRING:
- Lunch (or money to go get some) - lunch is not provided
- Instrument (we will be giving out marching instruments soon!)
- Sun protection: hat, sunglasses, sunscreen
- WATER JUG WITH WATER AND ICE IN IT
- Breathing tube :)
What to WEAR: athletic clothing - shorts, white t-shirt, athletic shoes

Late Registration and Forms
If you were not able to come to registration last week, we will have one more chance on Thursday, May 30 at CTMS at the end of Marching Band practice
We need to order accessories on June 1 to have them ready for Marching Season in July
There are a lot of students who missed the station to fill out forms. If you don't remember signing all of the agreements for the year, please use this link to get to the forms. If you are unsure, email chhs.band.vp@gmail.com or just fill them out again - it won't hurt to do it twice
Concert Uniforms
Dry clean your concert uniform and bring it to Ms. Beer ASAP!
If you are not doing band next year (seniors included), we need it by 5/28
Returning members, please bring your uniform back by July camp 7/26

Summer sectionals schedule: 8am - 10am
Private lessons may happen at CTMS any of these days from 8am - 3pm! EVERYONE should be in lessons! Reach out to a lesson teacher or director for help getting into private lessons.
Region Jazz Masterclasses

All students signed up for Jazz should plan to attend these sessions if they are in town.

Spirit Wear - Last Call
Regret not purchasing a Mettle show shirt or CHHS band sweatshirt during registration? Problem solved! We will have a table set up after band camp on 5/30 so you can place orders for t shirts, hats or other spirit wear items for family and friends to support CHHS band! CHHS band booster will be accepting cash, checks or credit cards to compete your orders. This will be the last planned time to purchase items for the 2024-25 school year.
