Volunteers Needed!
We are currently looking for volunteers for 2 different committees: Jogathon and Yearbook.
For the Jogathon fundraiser (our primary fundraiser for the year), we plan to get together as a committee in the next few weeks to determine the theme and the prizes. After that we will put together a promo video in February. The jogathon itself will take place on Friday, March 7th. We will need help the day before (March 6th) to decorate and prepare the running track, and then the day of to help the day run smoothly. In March we will need to purchase and organize all of the prizes so we can be ready to distribute them on our Jogathon celebration and Slime Day (Friday April 4th). If you join the committee, you are not required to help with everything - we welcome any help you are available to provide :)
For the Yearbook committee we are looking for volunteers that can put together a few Yearbook pages each using our online design software. This can be done individually and at home (i.e. the timing is flexible if you have certain scheduling constraints), and is usually completed in the months of March and April. We could also use help with organizing the Yearbook order forms in May and then preparing and delivering the Yearbooks in June.
If you are interested in either of these committees please email morseelementarypta@gmail.com
