As we approach the end of the semester, it is so important that students attend school each day. Please be sure to check Skyward for your child's most recent grade report. Checking grades now will help your child be proactive to meet the grade and credit requirements to be classified as a 10th grader or 11th grader. If you need additional support with grades or have questions about your child's progress please contact the school.

West Fork High School supported our military-connected students and families by wearing purple on April 17th and held a small reception for students in the courtyard.

We kindly request that drivers refrain from pulling into the visitor parking area to drop off or pick up students. The designated area for pick up and drop off are the two lanes located directly in front of the school. Please use the visitor parking area only for its intended purpose .

New Caney ISD is working to read a million minutes by April! We are encouraging all students to read for at least twenty minutes a day. Studies show that students who read for 20 minutes a day are exposed to 1,800,000 words a year!

Students should log their minutes in Beanstack, our district reading competition app. For help logging minutes, students can stop by the library media center.

West Fork High School staff is available to provide help before school or after school each day. Teachers are available on the designated days.

Food deliveries will not be accepted from anyone that is NOT listed as a guardian or emergency contact in Skyward.

Food delivery services (Doordash, Favor, UberEats, etc) are not permitted during school hours, between 6:45am - 2:50 pm.

Mrs. Smith received the CREST(Counselors Reinforcing Excellence for Students in Texas) Award for her counseling program during the 2022-2023 school year. This award recognizes outstanding comprehensive school counseling programs. Mrs. Smith was honored for her achievement at the CREST awards dinner where she accepted her award during Texas School Counseling Association Conference in San Antonio on February 4th. Way to go Mrs. Smith!

The Time Is Now Mindset teaches us the importance of harnessing the power of the moment and taking purposeful action. The simple fact is that all of our power to act and make an impact exists in this moment. We cannot change the past, and the future hasn’t happened, so we must recognize that our only path to happiness, fulfillment and meaning is to take purposeful action in the present toward creating the lives of our dreams.

Thank You to our amazing West Fork students who helped out during Woodridge Forest Middle School's Game On day on March 28th. Several of our current freshman and sophomore students spoke to our incoming freshman about what it is like to be a West Fork Gator. We are so proud of our students!!!

The West Fork Counseling Department hosted an egg-cellent staff appreciation egg hunt for our amazing teachers! Teachers and staff had a blast searching high and low throughout the building for hidden Easter eggs over the course of the week! Huge thanks to our generous local community members and organizations for their donations that made this event possible:
